Pearl is a soft natured old lady, with a unique character and regal appearance. She was the last of BSA motorcars and has a 1200 cc side valve front wheel drive BSA engine, with bottle green interior, rose wood trim and ivory pearl and chrome outer finish. Pearl and her family from BSA pioneered front wheel drive cars, which are all so common today.

Pearl is two seater car, with classic lines and a million $ look.

She was imported by BSA Cape Town in 1939 as the showroom demo vehicle, and is one of only a hand full of BSA vehicles to enter SA in early 1939, as World War 2 stopped all production early in 1939.

Pearl has a charming personality and lovable nature, and her little engine has a quiet purr. A wonderful and unique little car who is a pleasure to behold, and probably the only example of her kind in South Africa.
